Sequins cover the dress and both full length sleeves, which are cut wide through the arm and gathered into beaded bands at the wrist. The V neckline runs deep between wide shoulder seams. The hem finishes above the knee.

Styling Notes
Beaded cuffs rule out bracelets. A deep V rules out a necklace. Black takes any metal; keep the shoe plain.
