Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We kindly ask that you inspect your dress upon receipt to ensure it meets your specifications without removing the tags, altering or washing it.

As our dresses are made-to-order and not stocked, we generally accept returns for quality issues or incorrect sizing. However, if the error is due to incorrect specifications from the customer, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

How To Return & Refund

  • The return period is 30 Business days from the date of receipt. We encourage customers to promptly inspect their deliveries upon arrival. In the event that items are damaged or incorrectly shipped, please start the return/refund process without delay.

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service department. Do not return the package directly to the address on our website or the package, as these are not our designated return addresses.

  • For an item to be eligible for return or refund, it must be in its original condition. We cannot accept returns of used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged goods. If you plan to return an item, make sure the original tags remain attached.

  • All our items are made to order. This means we don't keep extra stock in our store. Once you place an order, it's customized for you. So, we do not accept returns for items that are as per your order. Our return policy only covers damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

  • When shipping your return, retain your shipping receipt and tracking information. We are not responsible for returned goods that are mis - shipped, damaged, or lost during transit.

  • If you receive an item that you believe is defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped, take pictures of the original package. This will expedite the processing of your return, partial refund, or full refund.

  • Once we receive your returned dresses, we will inspect your order and notify you of receipt. After your return is processed and approved, we will initiate the refund through the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you should expect to receive the credit within 7-14 days. If you haven't received the refund, please contact our customer service.

For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy below for details:

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 75% of the product purchase price.

Orders canceled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 45-65% of the product purchase price.

Orders canceled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 35% of the product purchase price.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

 

For minor issues, we encourage you to keep the dress and we will refund of the alteration fee for those who alter their dresses locally.

Dress $69 and under - limit $15

Dress $70 - $129 - limit $25

Dress $130 - $239 - limit $45

Dress above $240 - limit $65

 

Our Wedding & Party Dresses are made-to-order and cannot be easily reused or resold. As a result, we typically do not accept returns.

However, if you must return a dress without a quality issue or due to a change of mind, we will charge a 50% restocking fee, deducted automatically from your refund. Please note that the shipping fee, plus-size fee, and rush fee (if applicable) will still be charged, even if your order originally qualified for free shipping.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of shipping materials, when returning an item. We recommend returning all unwanted items at the same time if you have more than one product.

 

Exchange Policy

We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made dresses or products that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. You will need to return unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement items. We can accept the “return and reorder” once only. Please do recheck the color, size, etc for the new order and email us if you need any help.

Notes:

  • Original and return shipping fees won't be refunded. We may not process refunds for items in unacceptable condition.
  • You are responsible for all return postage costs.
  • For all return requests, you need to contact us via email at sales@yesbabyonline.com to obtain the return address.
