Sweetheart Puff Sleeves Short Mermaid Homecoming Dress

The puff sleeves lift off entirely, and the deep notch cut into the centre of the neckline stays either way. Two quite different looks from one dress.

Design Details
Sequins cover a boned bodice with a long V notch cut into the sweetheart line. Separate gathered sleeves in the same sequin fabric sit off the shoulder and detach. The skirt is ruched to a hem above the knee.

Styling Notes
With the sleeves on, skip bracelets; with them off, a cuff works. Hot pink with silver, and no necklace given the notch.
