Strapless Mermaid Feathered Sleeves Short Homecoming Dress

The feather sleeves are the largest detail in this group, sitting well away from the arm and framing the whole upper body. The dress underneath is strapless sequin, cut close, with a slit at the hem.

Design Details
Sequins cover a stretch base in a bright pink that stays saturated under indoor light. Full feather cuffs are attached at the upper arm, separate from the strapless bodice so they can be pushed up or down. A short slit opens at one side of the hem.

Styling Notes
Sleeves this size mean nothing at the wrist and nothing at the neck. A single earring or small studs. Keep the shoe plain and let the feathers be the outline.
