Iridescent sequins are applied densely over a fitted base. The sweetheart neckline curves across the bust between fine straps that cross an open back. The hem finishes above the knee.

A colour-shifting surface is enough on its own, so keep jewellery clear or silver. Hair up for the back straps, and a nude heel.
