Spaghetti Straps Sky Blue Short Homecoming Dress with Stars

Design Details
Stars are applied over layers of glitter tulle. The neckline runs straight across the bust between fine straps set with a crystal ornament at each shoulder. From a seamed waist the skirt is cut full to a hem above the knee.

A patterned skirt needs a plain shoe. Pale blue with silver, small earrings, and hair down or half up.
