Short A-line V-Neck Bow Sleeves Tiered Homecoming Dress

The straps tie in bows at both shoulders, so they can be loosened or shortened. Below them the bodice is finely pleated and the skirt built from wide taffeta tiers.

Design Details
Taffeta is pleated across a deep V neckline and gathered into a wrapped waistband. Wide ties fasten in bows at each shoulder. From the waist the skirt is built in four gathered tiers that flare to a hem above the knee.

Styling Notes
Bows at both shoulders mean no necklace and small earrings. Royal blue with silver. A block heel is steadier under the tiers.
