Off the Shoulder Short A-line Ruffles Tulle Homecoming Dress with Sleeves

Design Details
Full sleeves are built from gathered tulle ruffles and sit off the shoulder. The bodice is sheer with vertical boning visible. From the waist the skirt is worked in ruffled tiers that build volume to a hem above the knee.

Styling Notes
Sleeves this full mean no bracelets and no necklace. Small earrings, hair down. Pink with silver, and a platform heel under the volume.
