Short A-line Off-the-Shoulder Ruffle Homecoming Dress with Bow

Design Details
Beaded lace applique covers a sheer bodice with bands resting off the shoulder. A satin ribbon ties in a bow at the natural waist. From there the tulle is worked into gathered tiers that flare to a hem above the knee.

Styling Notes
A bow at the waist rules out a belt. Bare shoulders and a lace bodice mean no necklace. Lavender with silver, and a platform heel.
