Design Details
A gathered ruffle edges the neckline and sits across both upper arms. The bodice is boned with the seams visible. From the waist the skirt is built in tiers, each one gathered fuller than the last, to a hem above the knee.

Styling Notes
Ruffles at the shoulder rule out a necklace. Gold on gold, or clear stones. A block heel is steadier under the tiers.
