Design Details
Tulle is pleated in fine diagonal folds across the bodice and gathered into a banded waist. Fine straps cross behind. Layers of tulle give the skirt volume to a rolled hem above the knee.

Styling Notes
Crossed straps mean hair up. An undecorated dress in a bright colour can carry a real necklace. Pink with silver, and a block heel.
