The neckline and shoulders are fully occupied, so leave the ears simple and skip the necklace entirely. Silver accessories match the chain detail. Hair up shows the collar; hair down softens it.

Design changes are welcome, and school dress codes are the most common reason. We can add sleeves or straps, raise a neckline, close an open back, or lengthen a hem. Asking for a color we do not list also means nobody else turns up in the same dress.
