Ruffles run along the neckline, over both shoulders and through every tier of the skirt, all in one pale blue taffeta.

Design Details
A gathered ruffle edges a V neckline and continues over each shoulder in place of a strap. From a seamed waist the taffeta is built into ruffled tiers that flare outward to a hem above the knee.

Styling Notes
Ruffles at the shoulder mean no necklace and small earrings. Pale blue with silver, and a block heel.
